Valentine day

Yun,min,ping n me met up before Valentine day to shop for our Valentine present..we went to Orchard n had a nice day shopping,its been a long time since we went shopping 2gether. We took some photos n i like them very much cos we all look very lovely..hehe..i left 1st cos i had dinner with my family tat nite..

Today was a very special day for me n my dear..it was our 1st Valentine day tat we had 2gether..we had been thinking of how to spend tis special day long ago..finally we both agreed to spend one day at the East Coast Chalet..
Dear came to fetch me around 2pm n we headed down to the chalet..when we reached there,we unpacked our stuffs n dear gave me my roses n kissed me..i was very happy, then we went to Parkway Mall supermarket to buy our BBQ food..
We had our BBQ around 7pm...dear was in charge of starting the fire for the BBQ pit n i marinate the chicken wings n prepare the food..we bought a lot of food such as satay,prawns,hotdogs,sausages,bread,mashmallow,tibits n drinks.Dear n i had a great time barbercuing n we ate our food while watching the TV..

Tat day my buddy's,Kristin was alone cos her boy was in the Army camp,so i asked my dear if i can ask her to come n join us..my dear agreed so i called her..i asked her to call Min along but they didn't come after all..as it was already quite late n they have already had their dinner n they will be working the next day..i was quite disappointed tat they didn't come..should have called them earlier..
After our dinner, we went to rent 2 bikes n rode around the beach..when we went back,it was almost 11pm..so we exchanged our presents n cut our Tiramisu cake..i jus loved to receive surprises n presents from my dear...its so exciting to open presents n guess wats inside it..hehe..all the presents were wrapped in pink wrappers n everything seem so pinky tat nite even my roses are pink..pink is also one of my fav colours...dear had bought me 2 boxes of heart shaped chocolates,a pink silky nightie,a pink Billabong sling bag,a card made by him n a Happy Valentine's Day banner which we used to decorate our room..

I had bought dear a Levi's long sleeve shirt,a glass bottle filled up with 365 heart shaped cookies,a mini photo album with our photos,a "I LOVE U" magic bean n a framed up Jig Saw puzzle of us...dear was so touched when he open the presents i gave him,i could see tears in his eyes,so funny..haha..it was really an enjoyable n memorable night for us..

Chinese New Year

"Dinner With my Family"




Yeah...its finally Chinese New Year again...it is one of my favorite occasion...this year is the 1st year i celebrated wif my dear...so we were both very excited abt it...
There was always a lot of preperations before Chinese New Year..i love the reunion dinner the most cos my mom will definitly cook a lot of my favourite dishes which i don't get to eat often..i love the feeling of counting down 2gether with my small family..cos its very cosy watching the TV programme 2gether after our dinner..

Dear n i went to Chinatown to get our new year stuffs for each other's parents...on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year,my dear came to my house...he was so pinky that day n he looked very neat n handsome..hehe..my dear wasn't nervous at all. Unlike me,he has no problem handling this kind of meeting cos he can get along very well with elderly ..i'm still learning from him. The next day, it was my turn to visit his family,i was nervous at first but luckily everything went pretty good for me that day...we had lunch together at his house..his parents had cooked us lunch n we had a nice chat while eating our meal..
On the 4th day of New Year,i had a family gathering at a seafood restaurant..the food was very delicious n i had a nice time with my parents and relatives...
One of the days,we went for a mid-night movie n watch the Seoul Raiders...the movie was not bad..n i also visited my buddy,Kristin's sister house,Alex n Grant were there too..they had prepared steamboat for us n we gambled after our dinner...my luck was good at the begining but in the end i still lost a bit around $20..but we had an enjoyable game..Grant was so funny always making me n Kristin laughing..

On the last day of Chinese New Year which was also known as Chinese Valentine Day, we went to Marina Promenade...there was a lantern fair n fireworks around 9pm...we also celebrated our 2nd mth anniversary tat nite...we went for dinner at Thai Express while waiting for the fireworks...the fireworks was fabulous..Dear told me tat he had never watched live fireworks before n he was enjoying it..unlike me,since i was young,i always get to see fireworks almost every year cos my aunties used to stayed near the Kallang stadium n i would go to their house during National day..dear n i make it tat we'll have a nice dinner n give each other a small gift every mth on the 25th...tis mth,dear had bought me a set of Disney tumbler figurines n i bought him a mini motorbike figurine..we will surprise tat we had bought the same things for each other- toys..hehe..i had told him tat i like tis figurines n i'm glad tat he remembered..i was very happy that night, really enjoyed myself so much..
